Title: Telephony Project Manager
Day Rate: £375 - £450pd (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months
Based: Remote/London (ocassional office visit)
Responsibilities/Experience Required
- Lead and manage the migration from Mitel to Microsoft Teams, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Oversee Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams migration projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
- Apply deep telephony knowledge to support migration planning, including SIP, PBX, Direct Routing, and Microsoft Calling Plans.
- Work across multiple modern workplace workstreams, ensuring alignment with collaboration, security, and end-user experience initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to drive successful implementation and adoption.
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and governance in all migration activities.
