Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Housing Management Support Worker to join our team and help provide intensive housing management for customers in Temporary Accommodation
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Support a caseload of customers, ensuring their housing needs are met.
- Assessment & Support: Assess customer needs and risks, offering referrals and signposting for additional services.
- Property Safety: Ensure properties are safe and suitable for customers.
- Agreement Understanding: Help customers understand and adhere to tenancy and licence agreements.
- Collaboration: Work with services like Adult Social Care, Mental Health, Substance Use Support, and Housing Teams.
- Complaint Resolution: Address breaches of license, property damage, or anti-social behaviour through appropriate actions like issuing warnings or notices
- Income Collection: Assist with income collection and work with housing benefit teams and council departments.

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals
- Experience in housing or a related field
