Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sizewell for a Temporary Works Lead. The Temporary Works Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing temporary works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other site teams. The role involves daily inspections, problem-solving, documentation, and liaising with design teams and contractors to ensure all temporary structures are safe and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge and experience in Temporary Works Coordination and Management
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to conduct site inspections and problem-solving expertise
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Temporary Works and Construction Safety
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
