We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join our Lettings office located in Wandsworth Common This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the residential property industry. As Tenancy Progressor, you will act as a liaison between the letting team/tenants and landlords and will oversee the paperwork for the start/end of tenancy, inventories and compliance. You will help to ensure the smooth running of an excellent portfolio of properties and will be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. This role is a 12 month fixed maternity cover.

Main tasks:

  • Progressing tenancy paperwork
  • Arranging inventories/start and end of tenancy cleans
  • Organising contractors and liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Renewal documentation and rent reviews
  • Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
  • Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
  • Processing invoices
  • Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
  • Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all stakeholders
  • Effectively liaise with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of work
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as money laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes)



What will it take to be successful?

We are seeking someone with previous tenancy progression experience, ideally ARLA qualified, excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills. You’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software.
