About The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a
Territory Sales Manager. Reporting to our
Head of Infrastructure Distribution, you will be helping create demand for our products, building strong long lasting relationships with distribution partners and contractors. Growing sales with our key partners, keeping a strong project pipeline, and making sure stock levels stay high to meet customer needs
This role is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best while covering the South of England from Swansea to Kent and the South Coast
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet company targets while staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, merchants & contractors supporting their growth and ensuring customer loyalty through solution-based sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive opportunities, provide valuable insights, and maintain effective partnerships across departments.
- Manage sales operations efficiently, keeping CRM data updated, completing reports, and forecasting accruals to streamline processes.
- Drive business growth, prospecting new leads, supporting promotional events, and attending exhibitions to expand brand visibility.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, successfully managing accounts and driving business growth.
- Industry expertise, selling products and solutions within the construction sector for a manufacturer or distributor.
- Strong communication and training skills, able to deliver product training and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and convert opportunities, building solid relationships with merchants, distributors, and contractors.
- Highly organized and flexible, managing time efficiently and traveling as needed with a full UK driving license.
- Tech-savvy and flexible, skilled in CRM systems, negotiating with distributors and contractors, and willing to travel as needed.
