Location: We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations in Newport or Titchfield (Fareham) and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £56,020 - £66,043

We're looking for someone to join our busy Quality Assurance and Testing team as a Test Manager, helping to ensure our projects and programmes are meeting user needs and are of the required quality for us to rely on.
You'll be defining the best test approach for each project you work on, aligning with our overall QAT strategy, and will use your communication skills to keep all stakeholders committed to the agreed test approach.
This role will take great advantage of your functional & non-functional testing expertise, as well as your ability to execute test analysis. Your strong breadth of technical knowledge and ability to view the bigger picture will enable you to pick the best testing approaches and ensure you are able to create strategic insights that can inform our decision making going forwards.
You will need to hold the ISTQB Software Testing Foundations Certification for this role.
