About the Role
Founders Makers is looking for a creative, fast-moving TikTok specialist to lead short-form video output for a high-profile digital campaign. You’ll take charge of day-to-day content creation and publishing, helping to build reach, engagement, and impact on one of the most dynamic and influential platforms.
This is a hands-on role that demands sharp instincts, fast turnaround times, and a strong grasp of culture, storytelling, and social trends. You’ll be embedded in a small, high-performing team working at pace to shape conversation and drive action.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead TikTok content planning and execution, from idea to post.
• Create and publish daily TikToks using mobile-first production tools.
• React quickly to breaking trends and moments to maximise cut-through.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, and other channel leads to align messaging.
• Report weekly on analytics and optimise content strategy accordingly.
• Build and manage relationships with relevant creators or influencers as needed.
• Contribute to workshops and internal upskilling sessions.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience creating high-performing TikTok or short-form content.
• Excellent instincts for what lands online. Fast, funny, topical, and clear.
• Confidence filming and editing with mobile tools; Adobe or CapCut proficiency a bonus.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and to tight deadlines.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
• Experience in political communications, campaigns, journalism, or government is strongly preferred.
• A sharp eye for message discipline and sensitivity to online dynamics.
