In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) systems, assisting clients in optimising their TM1 environments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) environments. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver user training and support, empowering clients to effectively use TM1 tools and maximize the value of their systems.
- Perform routine system checks, performance monitoring, and optimisation to ensure TM1 is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in configuring, customising, and enhancing TM1 solutions based on clients' business needs and evolving requirements.
- Work closely with other technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support for TM1.
- Maintain detailed documentation for processes, troubleshooting steps, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and system continuity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement within the TM1 system and recommending best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics), including system support, configuration, and performance optimisation.
- Proficiency in MDX, TurboIntegrator (TI), and TM1 rules and processes. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues within TM1 systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide top-tier support.
- Previous experience in a support or consultant role involving TM1/IBM Planning Analytics is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting others to achieve common goals.
