About Us
We have a top-tier TMT practice that works on both transactions (such as large technology or telecoms contracts) and regulatory advice (such as cyber security, data privacy, AI and online harms). We are recognised as having one of the leading TMT practices in a number of independent legal guides.
The London TMT IP practice is made up of 50+ fee earners including 6 partners specialising solely in TMT. It is the largest specialist TMT IP practice in the city.
We work for a range of high-profile global companies, including some of the best-known technology companies. A significant proportion of the team’s work involves multi-jurisdictional issues, and we often work with Linklaters’ other offices worldwide.
