Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven, commercially-minded trading manager to optimise our customer experience and ultimately sales performance on Topshop.com.
The role will drive rigorous understanding of our trading performance, ensuring we are responding to changes in our customer behaviour through effective insight and analysis to inform trading decisions, minimize risk and realise opportunity.
The role is based in our London HQ and will report into the Global Head of Trading, TOPSHOP & TOPMAN, and will work closely with the TSTM Product, Marketing and Performance & Insights teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Forecasting, monitoring, analysing and explaining the trajectory of our KPIs.
- Identifying risks and opportunities within our KPIs, recommending operational actions and implementing and overseeing the testing of such actions
- Analysing and optimising our proposition by market.
- Ensuring successful implementation of our pricing and promotional strategy.
- Collaborating with the brand and digital marketing team to optimise marketing activity and spend in regions.
- Providing insight and recommendations through the analysis and understanding of local market, industry and peer performance.
- Keeping up to date with innovation in ecommerce, online fashion retailing and logistics and how this could be impacting trade performance.
Qualifications
