Trade Surveillance Specialist

We are recruiting for a Trade Surveillance Specialist to join the Compliance team of a leading global investment bank. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong equities and fixed income trading knowledge to play a key role in identifying market abuse risks, strengthening trading controls and enhancing surveillance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trade and eComms surveillance, assessing potential indicators of market abuse.
• Perform best execution reviews across fixed income and equities.
• Review and process personal account dealing requests.
• Prepare and maintain management information reports, documenting findings and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to the refinement of surveillance rules, lexicons, and monitoring frameworks to enhance detection capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a Compliance or Trade Surveillance.
• Strong understanding of Market Abuse Regulations and trading controls.
• Familiarity with best execution requirements and PA dealing frameworks.
