Your Impact

From coordinating training activities and maintaining precise records to providing logistical support, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of impactful training programmes.

The Job

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Maintain and update training records and learning systems.
• Organise and coordinate training sessions, materials, and logistics.
• Analyse training data to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
• Support onboarding programmes, competency assessments, and training initiatives.
• Occasionally travel offshore to deliver training directly to our crew in international locations.
  
  

The Person

• Experience in HR, training, or administration (certification is a plus).
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems.
• A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work offshore.
