Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Training Manager at Stanfield Nursing Home. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the whole team. The day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, designing curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and supervisions.


Qualifications

  • Training Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Training Delivery skills
  • Experience in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of person-centred care and holistic approaches in training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous experience in healthcare or nursing home settings is a plus
  • Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Training or certification in adult education is beneficial.


Flexibility


The role is flexible in the time of attendance in the nursing home due to the nature of areas covered. The hours of work area t present between 25- 30 and doe require supporting the whole team which includes attendance wot meet with the night team to complete aspects of training and supervision support.
