About This Role
The Training Manager – Innovation identifies opportunities for the improvement and innovation of individual courses or training modules and once approved for change by Navy, initiates the necessary Survey and Quote activity through CAE’s sub-contractors to commence the required innovation work.
Located at our Head Office in Randwick or Homebush.
Role Responsibilities
- The planning and execution of the Continuous Improvement and Innovation Program including horizon scanning, CII identification, analysis, and delivery
- Identifying opportunities for the innovation and improvement of the program, including
- The development of technical, commercial, financial and subcontract arrangements for innovation
- Ensuring that all Innovations are considered alongside delivery
Essential Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience the defence industry
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Experience working with the Defence Training environment
Note: as the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
