Are you a motivated and ambitious professional looking to advance your career in corporate finance? We are working with a growing accountancy practice who are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team as a Transaction Services Executive.
Role Overview: As a Transaction Services Executive, you will be part of a dynamic award winning team undertaking due diligences on transactions between £10m - £50m predominantly. They will be looking for someone who is highly motivated and keen to progress within Corporate Finance.
They are open to talented auditors looking to transition into Corporate Finance likewise those with transaction experience already will also be considered.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree educated and ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in leading audit assignments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ambitious, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
