Transactional Banking Operations Delivery Business Analyst

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys shaping how things work behind the scenes? We're relaunching a multi-currency current account, introducing a new credit card, and launching a market-leading rewards and benefits programme—and we're looking for a Business Analyst to help make it happen.

In this role, you'll lead the operational readiness workstream. That means designing training plans, ensuring appropriate user access controls, estimating capacity needs to support recruitment, and coordinating other readiness activities. You'll also collaborate with Capability Leads across Onboarding, Account Maintenance, Cards, and Payments—supporting them with business requirements, process design, and UAT planning.

What will you be doing?

You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Gathering and analysing requirements using both traditional and Agile approaches
• Facilitating workshops and working groups
• Designing and documenting processes and operating models
• Supporting business case development and defining outcomes
• Managing your own workstream—tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating with stakeholders

• Have you authored business analysis documents like process maps, requirement catalogues, or test cases?
• Are you confident using structured analysis methods and tailoring them to suit different projects?
• Do you enjoy leading workshops and working independently across multiple priorities?
• Are you comfortable working in a matrix environment and navigating ambiguity?
