Overview Of Role
The firm's Transformation function leads the management and oversight of the successful delivery and sustained adoption of Walkers' business transformation priorities. The function is led by the firm's Chief Transformation Officer based in London, supported by a leadership team based in London and the Cayman Islands.
As part of the Transformation team, the Change Manager will contribute to the successful delivery and value realisation of Walkers' business transformation priorities. As such, the role will play a key part in the planning, design and implementation of change management approaches and activities across the transformation portfolio, working closely with initiative teams and business stakeholders. This role will be pivotal to ensuring the success of transformation initiatives and therefore should attract a candidate who is passionate about transformation
