About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Team Assistant and Coordinator to join our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis!
As a key member of the Enterprise Transformation team, you will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative and PMO support. You will assist with projects and day-to-day activities, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
What You'll Do
- Organise and facilitate complex executive meetings, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the leadership team’s calendar, scheduling meetings, workshops, and appointments while coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.
- Attend meetings to provide secretarial support, accurately capturing minutes and preparing presentations as needed.
- Maintain effective document management and controls for projects and the team using SharePoint, MS Teams, and other collaborative tools.
- Manage essential project-related documentation, including RAID Logs and Project Plans, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Execute specific tasks in accordance with established procedures, supporting the Enterprise Transformation team in daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Provide a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the team. This includes driving team effectiveness by supporting and introducing new ways of working.
- Develop and enhance systems and processes within your area, addressing bespoke data requests and interpreting information for reporting purposes.
- Gather and organise data using various standards, producing accurate reports to support decision-making across the organisation.
About You
- A self-motivated, organised, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communicator , interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills that foster collaboration and engagement, ideally with experience working with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a knack for leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
- Experienced in using collaborative tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint to facilitate teamwork.
- Knowledge in Portfolio Management Office (PMO) experience in a project environment desirable
- Financial management and reporting skills to support project budgeting and resource allocation.
- HND qualification with prior experience supporting a senior-level executive or leadership team is desirable.
- Background in the energy or engineering industry, bringing valuable insights to our mission is desirable.
- Business or technical knowledge across multiple areas, gained through diverse experiences is desirable

- This role is offered on a Full Time, Permanent basis
- Location: We are also offering hybrid working in which we envisage you will spend on average 2 days a week at either the Warwick or London office
