UK Sales & Data Coordinator
Reports to: Sales Director/ Sales manager
Position Objectives
Sales & Data Coordinator / Executive
The
Sales & Data Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the team’s client account operations through data and sales analysis, marketplace insights, and administrative support.
This role will ensure that data-informed decisions are consistently integrated into team workflows, focusing on areas such as inventory management, pricing adjustments, reporting, and competitor analysis. As an internal resource, the role will bridge gaps across accounts, particularly with ticketing team leads, helping support and deputise as necessary.
Key Role Objectives
Data-Driven Inventory & Pricing Management
- Manage inventory holds and price levels, assist with repricing, and strategies on dynamic pricing approaches.
- Utilise data to maintain efficient inventory management and identify pricing adjustments as needed.
- Conduct ongoing research on marketplace trends, including competitor pricing, agent activity, and broader reach opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights for pricing strategy, event attraction, and agent engagement, creating business-wide resources.
- Maintain outreach and industry lists, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits.
- Lead on smaller accounts, particularly Support tour-focused reporting and maintain alignment across accounts by attending client-related meetings and preparing summaries.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on data-driven insight.
- Assist with meeting preparation and, where needed, represent key information to internal stakeholders when account leads are unavailable.
Key Skills
- Data Analysis – Ability to analyse data sets to support inventory, pricing, and marketplace insights.
- Marketplace Knowledge – An understanding of market trends and keenness to be an expert in theatre and live entertainment.
- Research & Insights – Experience in synthesizing research data into actionable insights.
- Time Management & Organization – Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to manage and priorities own workload. Which includes pulling together meetings agendas, action item lists, and follow-up notes.
- Real-time tracking system for all actions and follow ups
Accountability
Communication
- Able to cover the sales manager in meetings to talk through topline sales.
- Provide content for agency communication outlets such as newsletters, website, and social media tools.
- Oversee the state of the nation and combine insights from all data leads
Person Specification: Requirements
- Experience in a business operations team managing internal and external data, turning this data into focus points and strategy
- Understanding of the sales and ticketed events landscape.
- Advanced excel skills and great communicator
- Agency experience preferable
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Have an innovative and imaginative approach to everything you to do, inspire those you work alongside with your enthusiasm and passion.
- Significant experience within the live entertainment industry.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to delivery company objectives.
- Commercially astute
- Manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.
