About The Role
Are you looking to kick-start your career and have an interest in Data?
Are you currently studying towards a degree relating to Data & Reporting?
We have a great new opportunity for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join us on a 12 month placement, to work within our MI and reporting teams. You will play a key role in the creation and production of insightful analysis and performance management information to support the Customer Directorate.
You will support the MI and Data Analysis Manager to produce and maintain timely reporting through the development of scorecards, front end dashboards and detailed data analysis, to help track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
About You
We are looking for you to be working towards a degree in a related subject.
You will have excellent attention to detail, you will be naturally analytical and solution focused, and someone who strives to deliver the highest levels of service to customers.
You will be proficient in MS Office 365, including advanced excel skills.
We are looking for proactive and self-motivated individuals with a drive to provide an exceptional level of customer experience.
