About the

Team
The successful candidate will join the Inigo Reinsurance Team. The team write a global portfolio of Property Catastrophe, Aggregate and Risk excess of loss as well as some Proportional treaty. There is also a Specialty Reinsurance portfolio covering lines such as Cyber, Crop, and Terrorism. Inigo is a lead market in reinsurance and in 2025 will write over $500m of premium income. This role will be focused primarily on the international (ex US) property portfolio and specialty portf

olio.

he role
As an Underwriter you will have front-line responsibility for developing and managing a profitable portfolio of reinsurance business, underwriting Property lines so that we can achieve our business plan. You will work alongside our experienced underwriting and analytics teams to achie

ve this.
The successful candidate will do

this by:
• Achieving the primary focus of delivering the division’s business plan profit, NCR

, and ROE.• Maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, business partners and colleagues to achieve business ob

jectives. • Contributing and participating in meetings to share and develop strategy, knowledge and best

practice.• Contributing to the planning process through research and preparation of relevant

materials.• Provide thoughtful and robust pricing and analytics to brokers an

d cedants.• Delivering exceptional day-to-day client service and relationship management across the

portfolio.• Playing a key role in marketing and business development activities across the product segments, with an eye on new opportunities

for Inigo.• Working closely and collaboratively with other members of the Reinsurance team, including our analytics, claims, and exposure management c

olleagues.• Contributing to our team’s culture of being a tight-knit, passionate, positi
