We are looking for a skilled Unvented Plumber to join a dynamic maintenance team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the maintenance division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work and multi-trade services to local authority or housing association clients.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining unvented hot water cylinders.
• Carrying out repairs and replacements on domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary ware.
• Fitting and commissioning new bathroom and kitchen plumbing systems in void or occupied properties.
• Identifying and rectifying plumbing faults, leaks, and issues with hot water systems efficiently.
• Using pressure testing and system checks to ensure system integrity.
• Communicating effectively with tenants, explaining work carried out and ensuring minimal disruption.
• Completing all job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation accurately using handheld PDA systems or mobile apps.
  
  

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating
• Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems Certificate
