This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: an Up-market Account Manager.
Our Up-Market team delivers UCaaS and CCaaS solutions for upmarket accounts worldwide. You’ll use data, technology and market insights to craft deals that help our customers—and you, win. You will create and execute activities to drive positive customer NPS. You will have the opportunity to partner with customers leadership and change the way companies communicate. In this role, the successful candidate will drive upsell opportunities across the UK in their segment and customer base by delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. The customer base will be a subset of upmarket accounts with 100+ employees, either MidMarket, Major or Enterprise accounts depending on candidate skills & experience. The role includes all aspects of sales activity, working with the sales operations, marketing, and product marketing to build the gtm for the customer base, as well as working with the operational teams to ensure a strong customer relationship. This role will report to the Sales Manager responsible for the segment in the UK.

You will be a confident communicator, able to pick up the phone to speak to your customers. You will have experience in a sales or customer service environment, and you will take pride in delivering an exemplary customer experience. You will be able to manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise your workload, whilst paying attention to detail.
We will fully support you to further develop your skills for a role that includes all aspects of sales activity that will drive revenue opportunities across the UK.
Job Description
- Meet the required targets for existing upmarket customers. Targets will include financial targets for Upsell, Churn & Downsell.
- Report pipeline, commit, and overall achievement to the Sales Manager each week using the tools provided.
- Work with Marketing & Channel to develop the upsell activity and programs ensuring there is enough pipeline generation to meet quotas.
- Focus on account-based customer satisfaction and sales strategies to ensure customer retention across your account base.
- Focus on account planning, ensuring we are penetrating the highest potential accounts in the customer base.
- Deliver reporting to provide leadership with key information required to manage the business.
- Deliver prospecting activities to self generate leads and opportunities.
- Maintaining sales forecasting and processes in accordance with the business’ requirements.
- Complete the enablement and training activities in order to be an expert in your field.
