What will you do?
Process Mining Expertise: Use Celonis Process Mining to analyse and visualise end-to-end business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement across departments such as finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer service.
Value Discovery: Collaborate with business leaders and operational teams to uncover potential value in existing processes. You'll use Celonis dashboards and analytics to map out current workflows, highlighting where improvements can drive efficiency and cost savings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives and translating those into actionable project goals. You'll present clear, data-backed insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
Data-Driven Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies that utilize Celonis insights to optimize business processes. You'll be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance performance, reduce costs, and boost overall operational effectiveness.
Performance Measurement: Set clear KPIs and success metrics for each process mining initiative. Track, measure, and report on the outcomes to ensure that projects deliver tangible value aligned with the business’s strategic objectives.
Lead Implementation: Take ownership of end-to-end Celonis process mining projects—from scoping and identifying use cases to execution and post-implementation review. You'll ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
Training & Enablement: Empower client teams by providing training and workshops on how to effectively use Celonis, enabling them to interpret insights and drive self-service process optimisation.
Collaborative Execution: Work with IT teams, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure data integrity, smooth data integration, and the scalability of process mining solutions.
Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by supporting change management initiatives and enabling clients to adopt and sustain improvements over time.
What You Bring
Proven Process Mining Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process mining, with a strong track record of using Celonis to deliver measurable process improvements.
Celonis Mastery: Deep expertise in Celonis Process Mining tools, including data ingestion, process analytics, action flows, and KPI tracking.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with experience in analysing complex datasets. You excel at transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights.
Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes across various functions (e.g., finance, supply chain), with the ability to connect Celonis insights to tangible business outcomes.
Outstanding Communication: You’re a natural at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership in a compelling and easily digestible way.
Project Management Prowess: Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering on time, within scope.
Passion for Innovation: A proactive, innovative mindset that seeks out opportunities for continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
Certifications: Celonis certification(s) in process mining or execution management is highly desirable.
Consulting Experience: Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on business process optimisation or digital transformation is a plus.
ERP & Data Management Knowledge: Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and data management tools is an advantage.
