🌐 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and drive the venture's strategic vision, business plan, and commercial growth
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing founding team
  • Develop partnerships with leading quantum and fintech players
  • Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure quantum solutions
  • Work with key stakeholders across innovation, risk, compliance, and venture boards


💼 What They're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership in startups or fast-scaling ventures (fintech or deep tech preferred)
  • Background in Physics, Engineering, or a technical field; MBA a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen and fundraising experience
  • Familiarity with quantum technology and its business applications is a big bonus
  • A builder’s mindset—resilient, resourceful, and visionary
