Chester Veterinary Training Centre (CVTC) has three approved VetSkill Veterinary Nurse Centres based in Chester in the North West, Dereham in Norfolk and Harrogate in North Yorkshire. We run apprenticeship courses in Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, Level 2 Animal Care Assistant and privately funded courses in Level 5 Advanced Veterinary Nursing.
This role is 2 days per week teaching face to face to Student Veterinary Nurses and is based at Dereham Veterinary Training Centre. It would suit someone still wanting to do nursing alongside the teaching role, with the opportunity to increase hours as the Centre grows.

The candidate will need to be a RVN who is self-motivated with exceptional organisation and communication skills and a desire for teaching and training the next generation of nurses. Teaching experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, the candidate will be expected to complete a teaching qualification for the role within the first 12 months.

Salary £28,000 - £32,000 FTE depending on experience
