AAS Veterinary Services are hiring for a new Receptionist to join their team at their branch in Hucclecote. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your client care service skills while working alongside a small friendly team. In this role you will have Health & Safety Coordinator duties.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 12 months working 36h per week.
We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team. This includes but not limited to:

- Managing the diary; booking in appointments
- Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone
- Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments
- Health and Safety administration tasks including meetings with our Regional Health and Safety Manager, H&S checks at our branches. (fire tests, H&S compliance).
