AAS Veterinary Services are hiring for a new Receptionist to join their team at their branch in Hucclecote. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your client care service skills while working alongside a small friendly team. In this role you will have Health & Safety Coordinator duties.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 12 months working 36h per week.

We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team. This includes but not limited to:

  • Managing the diary; booking in appointments
  • Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone
  • Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
  • Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments
  • Health and Safety administration tasks including meetings with our Regional Health and Safety Manager, H&S checks at our branches. (fire tests, H&S compliance).

Your weekly working hours will be split over Monday to Friday with shifts starting from 8.30am and late shifts until 7pm.

AAS Veterinary Services in Hucclecote are a small friendly team of Registered Vet Nurses, Veterinary Surgeons and Receptionists. The Hucclecote branch is one of four in the Gloucester region.
