Vice President Investment Banking - Energy

Pearse Partners are currently partnered with a leading elite boutique investment bank to hire a Vice President into their high-performing Energy team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic platform with strong deal flow and highly regarded senior leadership, offering exposure to landmark transactions across Energy and Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the Energy/PUI space
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, financial models, and key transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates within the team

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience within an investment banking environment
• Proven track record leading on the execution and negotiation of complex M&A transactions
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sector experience in Energy, Infrastructure, or adjacent verticals
