The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Vice Principal to join our exceptional senior leadership and teaching team and be the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving standards and outcomes in schools. They will lead on safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students, and will drive high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
We are seeking someone who will contribute to the overall success and development of our pupils, working collaboratively with colleagues and embracing United Learning’s values of ambition, determination, respect, and excellence. The Vice-Principal will play a pivotal role in driving academic excellence, improving student achievement, and ensuring that systems are in place to secure high standards across all areas of school life in partnership with the Vice-Principal for Inclusion. This is a non-class-based role but may require an element of teaching when required by the principal.
