Vinyl & Wrapping Technician

The Role

The main responsibility of this role will be to bring our identity to life, realising the team’s branding across our cars and equipment used to compete in various single-seater racing categories.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Preparing digital files received from stakeholders for sticker production

• Production of cut-vinyl graphics and stickers (using on-site printers, plotters and laminators.)

• Application of vinyl and stickers to race cars as well as team equipment such as garage boarding and race trailers.

• Collaborating with existing team staff to meet deadlines and turn around vehicles between on-track events.

• Maintaining inventory of vinyl and equipment, liaising with third-party suppliers.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be invested, dynamic and proactive - Driven to always raise the standard. A strong team ethic, and excellent time keeping and communication skills are essential.

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

• Working well with others, managing timelines for various concurrent projects, and the ability to keep stakeholders informed through project lifetime.

• The use of sticker production software (Adobe Illustrator, Onyx RIPCenter, Summa GoSign)

• Vehicle Wrapping, with a minimum 3 years experience, ideally with previous employment in the world of motorsport.

• Quality Control, with a good eye for the details and ensuring the finished product is something we can all be proud of.
