We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Felixstowe. You'll be responsible for managing our customers' storage and delivery needs, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling import storage requirements.
• Using in-house systems to manage consignments.
• Creating jobs from relevant documentation.
• Arranging shunts, devans, rework, palletisation, storage, collections, and deliveries.
• Liaising with various internal and external teams (import, clients, warehouses, hauliers).
• Building customer relationships.
• Providing stock reports and updates.
• Invoicing and handling queries.
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with WMS systems.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and transport.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
