Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying, processing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all procedures meet regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, recording quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates
- Digitally log stock into the inventory management system
- Individually scan products using the EU pharmaceutical verification system
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Wrap pallets and organise consignments for delivery
- Operate manual pallet trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and compliance standards
- Complete inventory and dispatch documentation accurately
- Support colleagues to achieve shared targets and service goals

- Proficiency in basic data entry and documentation

Qualifications & Experience
- GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential full training will be provided for the right candidate
