About The Role

• Manage, train, and develop teams to achieve performance targets and ensure best customer care practices.
• Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews with direct reports.
• Ensure all activities are supported by SOPs, training records, and training matrices.
• Communicate effectively with direct reports through meetings and updates.
• Recruit and select staff according to company guidelines.
• Address and manage employee relations situations to maintain best practices.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for smooth department operation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily/weekly KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety standards within the site.
• Support change initiatives and promote a professional, respectful workplace culture.
  
  
  

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Siebel.
• Strong product and process knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Strong training and coaching capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and motivate teams.
• Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to act on own initiative.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and flexibility in handling various tasks
