About The Role
- Manage, train, and develop teams to achieve performance targets and ensure best customer care practices.
- Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews with direct reports.
- Ensure all activities are supported by SOPs, training records, and training matrices.
- Communicate effectively with direct reports through meetings and updates.
- Recruit and select staff according to company guidelines.
- Address and manage employee relations situations to maintain best practices.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for smooth department operation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily/weekly KPIs.
- Ensure health and safety standards within the site.
- Support change initiatives and promote a professional, respectful workplace culture.
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Siebel.
- Strong product and process knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong training and coaching capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and motivate teams.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to act on own initiative.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude and flexibility in handling various tasks
