We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our Warranty Hub. This role is full time across 45 hours per week and can be based at any of our 5 Mercedes Benz Dealerships located in; Ascot, Aylesbury, Beaconsfield, Reading or Slough.
We are offering a salary of £27,000 with an OTE of £30,420 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.
The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship management between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer.
The Main Duties Of The Role Include
You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work within specified guidelines.

- Checking claims submitted by the sites.
- Submitting Warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
- Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assisting the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the Warranty payments.
- Dealing with rejected Warranty claims.
You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work within specified guidelines.
