Treatment Sales Specialist to join our WSS team.

About The Role

As a key member of our WSS sales team, you’ll be responsible for the sales of rental water treatment solutions across a diverse portfolio of Xylem and Evoqua products. With a strong technical background and customer-centric approach, you will uncover client needs, design effective water treatment solutions, and play a pivotal role in our growth by driving new business and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rental treatment sales for Xylem and Evoqua treatment products including DAF, MBBR, UV, Ozone, and Dewatering solutions.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers across the Northern UK & Ireland.
• Identify, plan, and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and European teams to deliver technical solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce, including customer interactions, quotations, and tenders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contribute to strategic sales and product development initiatives.

About You

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical or solution-based sales, preferably in water treatment or the industrial/rental sector.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in treatment solutions.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Valid UK driving license (category B).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
