You will be joining a friendly and dynamic 3rd line support team within the Technology function, based across the UK and Poland. The team consists of 6 members and is responsible for the provision and upkeep of all web-related services offered for the firm.
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver, maintain and support all our web-facing on premise, Azure hosted, cloud and SaaS web applications in a high-availability and fast paced environment.
The role requires a high degree of collaboration with stakeholders outside of the Technology function. There will be direct internal collaboration, and with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to ensure that the services meet our customers' needs.
The role forms part of the Global Infrastructure Team and will work closely with our web development team. An awareness of DevOps and the ability to contribute, communicate and maintain a positive attitude to challenges will be key.
We are looking for at least 5 years' experience within an operational role 3rd line role, ideally within global organisations.

As a successful candidate you will work alongside a team of skilled, service focused operational support staff responsible for the administration and delivery of all web-related services within Linklaters.
Candidates will demonstrate excellent technical proficiency, and analytical working practices across a range of diverse enterprise technologies as outline in this job spec under "Your Experience".
Be able to work as part a wider technology team, reporting to and working alongside our UK and Warsaw based team.
