Internal Opportunity: Become a FitzRoy Wellbeing Champion!

Are you passionate about health and wellbeing? Would you like to make a positive impact on your colleagues and contribute to a supportive workplace culture? If so, this exciting voluntary role might be for you!

What’s the Role About?

As a FitzRoy Wellbeing Champion, you’ll play a key part in promoting health and wellbeing across the organisation. By sharing practical tips, tools, and resources, you’ll ensure colleagues know how to access the support available to them.

What Will You Do?

• Stay up to date with wellbeing resources like HSF Assist, the Hub, and Workplace, and share them with your colleagues.
• Actively promote FitzRoy’s wellness initiatives, raise awareness about mental health, and challenge stigma in your service teams.
• Get involved in wellbeing activities like interviews, podcasts, and other initiatives that shine a light on workplace wellbeing.
• Ensure your contact details are available on the Hub Wellbeing HQ and Workplace, so colleagues know where to turn for support.
• Attend regular MS Teams meetings with HR Advisors and fellow Wellbeing Champions to share updates and insights.
• Participate in training to build your knowledge and develop your skills.
