Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and organised Workplace Assistant to support daily site operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment across our Birmingham and UK regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workplace services, including post, cleaning, security, and health and safety.
  • Manage Helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct daily building inspections, resolve issues, and liaise with vendors.
  • Support Workplace budgets with administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders.
  • Arranging meeting rooms and events, including moving furniture and other physical activity.
  • Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.


About You

  • Experienced in facilities management with knowledge of PPM scheduling and services.
  • Knowledge of hard and soft services in workplace environments.
  • Strong communicator with excellent teamworking skills.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional workplace support.
