Role: Workplace Manager

Location: Location independent, weekly travel to UK wide sites will be required (Manchester, London, Sutton)

Package: £39,000 - £50,000 Plus 15 percent annual bonus

We're Hiring for a Workplace Manager

As our Workplace Manager, you'll play a key role in making this happen!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping our workplaces running smoothly – Making sure all our locations are well-maintained, creating an excellent experience for our employees. You'll also lead projects like office closures, refurbishments, and relocations.
• Driving continuous improvement – Conducting workplace audits, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations that enhance the employee experience.
• Championing health & safety – Managing our H&S Management System (ISO 45001), ensuring compliance, delivering training, and investigating incidents when necessary.
• Managing suppliers, contractors & budgets – Ensuring we work with the right partners while keeping costs in check.
• Engaging with stakeholders – Resolving any workplace-related queries and making sure we meet expectations and service requirements

We would love to hear from people who:

• Experience in workplace experience management and health & safety
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety (optional)
• Strong understanding of facilities management (fire safety, permits to work, electrical systems, etc.)
• Knowledge of COSHH, Display Screen Equipment Risk Assessments, and lone working safety
• Experience with workplace compliance audits and risk management
• Great leadership and people management skills
