We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Workshop General Operative based at our Kilcronagh depot. This role is ideal for someone with experience across multiple trades who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and thrives in a flexible, hands-on environment.
What You Will Do
- Fitting internal partitions, laying vinyl flooring, fitting worktops etc. to accommodation units for hire
- Carry out basic repairs to units at off-hire
- Basic plumbing tasks e.g. installing sinks, taps, worktops etc.
- Basic electrical work and PAT testing e.g. installing water heaters, hand dryers etc.
- Assisting with large cabin compound installations on site
- Ad hoc maintenance/ joinery duties as required
- Ensuring units are presented to a high-quality standard
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies and procedures
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience across a range of trades
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, flexible work ethic.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Qualified in a trade
- Experience in the temporary building industry is an advantage.
- A full valid driving licence

Hours of work: 7.30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Thursday & 7.30 am – 4pm Friday with 1 Saturday every 4 weeks from 7.45am – 12.00pm
