Workshop Manager
The Technical Services Workshop Manager is responsible for:

• Ensure SLAs and performance goals are met and stay within budget across businesses, including leadership and development of all team members
• Representing the UK workshop in business forums/meetings across UKIN and Europe. Developing and implementing effective strategies for Technical Services. Taking the lead as appropriate including monitoring service levels and initiating adjustments as deemed necessary
• Manage the decon and demo facility, supporting the Commercial organisation with the demonstration equipment requests
  
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and empower personnel on a day-to-day basis, ensuring continued quality service to external and internal customers
• Control TS Depot expenses and revenue in compliance with budget and forecast, provide monthly reporting of financials
• Ensure effective compliance to all quality systems requirements that are applicable to TS (Work in close relationship with QA)
• All aspects of recruitment and retention of staff, including performance and productivity, implementation of training needs where necessary
• Implementation and support of new initiatives, streamlining existing processes with particular emphasis on processes that directly contribute to Customer satisfaction and operational overspend
• Overall responsibility for TS workshop and decon area
• Creation and maintenance of departmental procedures as applicable
• Support TS Director as part of the leadership team as well as the field team
• Integration of new TS initiatives such new workshop, internalizing new portfolios
• Lead is workshop audits (internally and externally)
• Calibration coordinator
