Description
- Plan workload within Airstairs Workshop
- Ensuring documentation is completed correctly IAW with maintenance & company procedures
- Ensuring company procedures, policies, regulations, Part 145 MOE Part 21 POE are enforced
- Assess and evaluate production requirements
- Prioritise tasks & management of technical jobs
- Ordering & progressing spares
- Develop skills of all staff, including trainee mechanics and stamp holders
- Assist with & carry out production tasks where required
- Any additional tasks allocated by management
Requirements
- MRO or Aircraft workshop or production experience essential
- Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower essential
- Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
- Experienced and competent using tooling and carrying out technical jobs
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Willing to work shifts (including nights)
- Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
- All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK
