1st Line Help Desk Support – (12-Month FTC
Location: London City (Office-based with flexible options)
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000

We're working with a leading global financial institution to hire a 1st Line Support to join the IT Help Desk on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical queries, managing user onboarding, and supporting hardware, software, and access issues across a busy enterprise environment.
