Requirements
π Supporting 2x gentlemen, Autism/Down Syndrome/LD/Challenging behaviour experience required. Support with daily living tasks, minimal personal care, support with activities in the community e.g. swimming, sports, music clubs and discos.

- π₯ Lead and inspire the team to ensure services are Well-led, Safe, Caring, Effective, and Responsive.
- π Support individuals to be active members of their communities, and help them access education, work, and leisure opportunities.
- π Maintain accurate and up-to-date records (both electronic and paper-based).
- π Complete, review, and update person-centred risk assessments.
- π‘οΈ Promote health, safety, and well-being while encouraging positive risk-taking.
- π€ Deliver Person-Centred Active Support practices.
- π§© Promote independence, choice, and dignity in all aspects of care.
Must-Haves
βοΈ Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a care or support role
βοΈ Strong IT skills (Word, email)
βοΈ Experience supervising staff and managing records
βοΈ Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care
βοΈ Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives
