Part time Support Worker - 25 hours DRIVER ESSENTIAL - will be 11 staff driving mobility car
Location 📍 Colchester
Salary £12.26 per hour
Hours 25 hours per week
Must be happy to work weekends when needed.

You will be responsible for inspiring and supporting our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding care services to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities. 🧠💬

Requirements
🔑 Supporting 3x ladies and 1x gentleman, Down Syndrome/LD/sensory impairment/mental health experience required. Support with daily living tasks, personal care, activities in the community e.g. shopping, swimming, discos, social clubs
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a care or support role
✔️ Strong IT skills (Word, email)
✔️ Experience supervising staff and managing records
✔️ Good understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and person-centred care
✔️ Passion for enabling people to live fulfilling, independent lives
