About The Role
Through our Advisory & Advocacy (A&A) services, we address the most pressing business challenges faced by the built environment today, offering consultancy in Climate Advisory, Digital Advisory, Energy Economics, Societal Insights, Strategy & Stewardship, and Utilities & Infrastructure.

As a Graduate Advisory & Advocacy Consultant, You Will Work Within Our Multidisciplinary Team, Delivering Value To Our Clients Through Cutting-edge Solutions. You Will Help Tackle Challenges Across The Six Pillars Of Our A&A Services
- Climate resilience and decarbonization strategies.
- Digital transformation and smart technology integration.
- Societal insights to create people-cantered environments.
- Sustainable energy economics for a Net Zero future.
- Strategy & Stewardship for ESG compliance and innovation.
- Utilities & infrastructure to meet growing demands sustainably.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supporting live projects from day one across various sectors such as healthcare, education, and urban development.
- Conducting research, data modelling, and analysis to solve complex client challenges.
- Provide early prospective site due diligence activities, demonstrating constraints and opportunities form the presence of existing utility assets and access to new supplies
- Provide coordinate drawings, working with the wider business on utility integration into the built environment
- Collaborating with clients to deliver tailored strategies and solutions.
- Participating in service design sprints and multidisciplinary workshops.
- Developing expertise in technical, business, and societal aspects of the built environment.
About You
We are seeking graduates who:
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, passion for people and planet, and enthusiasm for solving real-world challenges in the built environment.
- Have a background in social sciences, business, engineering, digital, data science, or strategy.
- Are eager to learn and grow, embracing both technical and people-cantered perspectives.

- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convince and influence stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications
- A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience or placements in a related field.
- Familiarity with tools like Python, MATLAB, AutoCad or other programming/data tools is advantageous.
