The Role
As a Graduate Project Controller, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on a variety of projects. You’ll work alongside Project Leaders, Engineers, and Commercial teams to deliver planning, scheduling, and performance tracking services. We’ll expose you to all aspects of our work so you can discover what suits you.

- In a variety of sectors from healthcare to hotels
- Learning and applying project controls methodologies
- Supporting planning, cost control, and resource management activities
- Assisting with forecasting and performance tracking
- Helping with post-project reviews and lessons learned
- Using tools such as Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and others to build reports and schedules
- Supporting the identification of risks and learning how to manage issues and change control processes
- Attending project meetings, capturing actions, and collaborating with the wider team
- Gaining insight into commercial aspects of project delivery
- Supporting project governance by helping keep documentation clear and organised
- Assisting with internal and client reporting
Communication will be central to your work. You’ll work with project leads, engineers and finance teams to share updates, raise any concerns, and help the team deliver successful projects.
You’ll also receive mentorship and a structured development plan designed to help you grow into a project controls professional.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate ready to launch a career in project controls. Ideally, you will have:
- An expected or achieved 2.1 or above in a relevant degree.
- Be numerate and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Be confident using Microsoft Excel and open to learning new tools
- An interest in project planning and delivery in the built environment
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Any experience (placement or internship) in a related industry is an advantage
