Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program in our Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure team. You’ll get to
- evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
- prepare industry analyses for pitches
- participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises
- conduct market and company analyses, creating corresponding marketing materials
- get involved in the execution of live deals
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Banking Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure (REGL) team in London. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
- is graduating between September 2024 and September 2026
- has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
- has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
