As the most senior manager on-site, you will inspire and lead the team in delivering an exceptional student experience. You will act as the key decision-maker on site and in emergency situations, ensuring student and staff welfare is maintained to high standards at all times. You will liaise with Head Office and key stakeholders managing the overall operations of a site.
Deputy Centre Director (Deputy Course Director in 2025) | Oxford, Cambridge, Harrow
As a key member of the senior management team, you will play a central role in the smooth and effective delivery of our courses. Alongside this, youll manage and mentor your team of House Parents, maintaining high standards of pastoral care and fostering a positive, community-minded atmosphere across the house.

The House Parent plays a vital role in caring for students aged 912 or 1214 during our Juniors residential courses. Acting in loco parentis, youll help children feel safe, cared for, and at home. Youll support daily routines, provide reassurance and guidance, and foster a warm, family-style environment where every student can grow in confidence, independence, and friendship.
Academic Coordinator (Academic Lead in 2025) | Harrow
This senior, on-site role leads all academic operations for junior students (ages 9-12 and 12-14). Key duties include liaising with the Head Office and tutors to ensure smooth lessons and quality enrichment, plus providing support for pastoral and residential duties as required.
Study Coordinator (Non-residential)
