We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our HOLT Business.
You’ll get to
- conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment recommendations and decision-making processes
- assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis
- prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders
- gain insights from the HOLT model to help generate industry and company specific reports
- Understand market signals and how they apply to the fundamental and quantitative investment process
Your team
You’ll be working on the HOLT team which is part of Equity Research within the Investment Bank. We’re a team of individuals with advanced consulting, management, research, technology, and banking backgrounds who have access to software tools and some of the most sophisticated databases in the world. We have proven track record of understanding the valuation of equities with strong brand recognition across major institutional investors, hedge funds and wealth managers.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
- is in their penultimate or final year of their bachelor or master’s degree
- is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
- has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- has interest in corporate valuation work and equity analysis with an interest in taking on a client-facing role
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
